It’s like they’re playing hide and seek with those lines! At least you can adjust the timeline by overlapping tasks where possible. Did you manage to get any overtime from the crew as a backup plan?
I’ve had similar surprises, especially with utilities popping up. What I’ve found helpful is using software like Microsoft Project to visualize overlapping tasks and quickly adjust the schedule when unexpected changes happen. Makes those last-minute scrambles a bit easier to handle.
