Challenges with Excavators and Timelines

We’ve recently hit a snag with our excavation timeline due to equipment delays on site. Despite having scheduled the bulldozers weeks in advance, the weather has pushed us back, which is stressing our project deadline. Has anyone else faced similar issues recently — i’m curious about how you managed the implications on project flow.

I totally get it. We faced delays with our bulldozer too, just had to adjust some tasks and prioritize what could still move forward. It’s a pain, but sometimes a flexible mindset helps keep things flowing! :cloud_with_rain:.

I recently had to deal with similar weather delays; we focused on prep work that could be done indoors while waiting for the excavators. Agree on the timing part — > sometimes a flexible mindset helps keep things flowing! Have you thought about staggering some tasks to ease the pressure?
